MOTHER'S DAY CRUISE
Avon-Miami invites you to its Mother's Day cruise aboard the
BB Riverboat Belle of Cincinnati, where we'll enjoy a brunch
buffet after we set sail. Boarding starts at noon, and
we'll leave the dock promptly at 1 p.m. Costs are $17.50 for all
adults and $7.50 for all children 4-12. No charge for kids 3 or
younger. Your check is your reservation. Watch your mailbox for
the official flyer and an envelope you can use to send payment.

AVON-MIAMI FAMILY PICNIC
Brethren, a legendary event returns to Avon-Miami's calendar this year! Our family picnic will take place on June 29, 2008 at Winton Woods. Stay tuned for more details about this fun-filled feeding frenzy!

announce that our Worshipful Master, Wor.
Bro. Marmin "Bud"
Moss,
P.M., was called from labor to eternal refreshment
on
January 20, 2008. He served as Worshipful Master five times:
in 1963, 1976, 1994, 2001, and 2008. We will miss him dearly
and cherish
his memory
forever. Our Senior Warden, Bro. Matt
Rosensweet, will act as Worshipful Master for the duration of
Wor. Bro. Moss's term.
AVON-MIAMI ANNUAL AWARDS RECEPTION
More than 100 Brethren, family members,
and friends were
in attendance for the
presentation of service awards to seven
60-year members, seven 50-year
members, twelve 40-year
members, seven 25-year members, four 15-year members,
and the Daniel J.
Sax Meritorious Award, Mason of the Year,
to Wor. Bro. Marmin "Bud" Moss.

SOCIETY OF PAST MASTERS
Avon-Miami #542 is very proud to annouce that
our very own
Wor. Bro. Ken Underdown was installed as the president
of the Society of Past Masters at the SOPM annual meeting,
November 2, 2007 at Cincinnati-Lafayette #483.
